Victoria and Katie will be playing music for us on August 23!  Victoria plays cello and Katie sings and plays guitar.  They will be playing a variety of songs together, and some solo.

Victoria Slabinski is a junior Cello Performance major at Miami University.  As part of her degree program, Victoria takes private lessons, performs with the Miami University Symphony Orchestra, and participates in various chamber music ensembles.  She has also played in string quartets at weddings, helped to debut works by student composers, and provided cello music for a production in the theater department.  Victoria also enjoys creating cello covers of pop and alternative songs.

Katie Remark is a junior Communications major at Walsh University who participates in extracurricular vocal ensembles: Chorale and Chamber Singers.  In addition to being a vocalist, Katie plays guitar and piano.  Katie’s main genre is country music, but she also sings pop, musical theatre, and alternative songs.  Some of her musical inspirations include Carrie Underwood, Kristin Chenoweth, Birdy, Gabrielle Aplin, and Ed Sheeran, and she enjoys performing covers of those artists.
